4 oz. green pepper slices 4 oz. red pepper slices 4 oz. grape tomatoes, cut in half 1/2 c tomato sauce 2 t minced garlic 1 t Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning 1/2 t Italian seasoning 1 T apple cider vinegar pink salt and pepper, to taste
Cook pepper slices and garlic in apple cider vinegar over med-high heat in skillet Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ seasoning, and Italian seasoning and cook until tomatoes soften Season with pink salt and pepper
