Always use fresh, organic ingredients when possible!


4-6 avocados (ripe)
1 purple onion
2 tomatoes
1 lime
5 garlic cloves
1 small stalk cilantro
garlic salt (to taste)
salt (to taste)

Pita chips for dipping!

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix together in large bowl.

Mince garlic, add to bowl.

Half avocados, remove pits (set aside to add to the guacamole to preserve freshness). Remove fruit and place in a separate bowl. Smash it so there are still some chunks.

Squeeze lime over avocado bowl and stir.

Add the avocado to the first bowl with veggies and mix together. Salt to taste!

Add pits back in to maintain freshness. Pits are not meant to be eaten.
