7 oz. chicken breast 1/2 c balsamic vinegar 1 (14.5 oz.) can Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes pink salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 t garlic powder 1 t Italian seasoning
Heat 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar in skillet Add chicken Cook 1 minute on each side, coating chicken in vinegar Cover chicken with can of tomatoes and stir in remaining vinegar Add spices Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or when sauce is desired consistency
