Cook cod in NuWave, oven, or skillet Heat water in skillet over high heat Add kale to skillet and cover with lid for a few minutes, until kale is wilted Reduce heat to medium and stir in curry powder Add tomatoes, cover with lid and cook a few more minutes Stir in bite sides pieces of cod
