¾ lb ground chuck or ground sausage
1 tsp garlic salt (or less –to taste)
1 jar pace picante sauce ~ medium hot
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 TBS McCormick’s Chili seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:

Brown ground beef in large skillet with garlic salt. Drain beef in colander and press with paper towel to remove fat. Return beef to skillet on med heat and add picante sauce and chili seasoning. Cut velveta in chunks and add to mixture. Stir until melted.

Serve warm in small crock pot with tortilla chips.

Note: can substitute ground sausage for beef or use hot or mild Picante sauce if you prefer.
