Step 1:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 t baking powder
3 T cocoa
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Step 2:
1 1/2 cup nuts

Step 3:
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine

Step 4:
3 T cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Step 5:
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients listed in step 1, add ingredients from Step 3 and lastly add Step 2. Pour into 9x13 pan. Mix Step 4 and sprinkle over top then our water (Step 5) over. DO NOT MIX! Bake at 400º for one hour.
