Cabba-Sghetti Recipe

7 oz. ground buffalo (or ground beef)
2 t onion powder
4 cloves garlic
4 T water
8 oz. canned diced tomatoes
8 oz. canned tomato sauce
1 t tomato paste
1 T basil
1 T Italian seasoning
16 oz. shredded cabbage
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Over medium heat, heat 2 T water, 3 garlic cloves, and onion powder
Sauté until garlic is cooked
Add ground buffalo and basil, salt, and pepper
Stir and cook until meat is fully browned
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste
Mix well
Add addition spices as needed
Let simmer and stir occasionally
In separate pan, add 2 T water 1 garlic clove, and sauté for 1 minute
Add cabbage and remaining seasoning
Sauté until soft
Drain and put on plate
Top with sauce and serve
