3.5 oz. uncooked bison (works with any meat) 8 oz. mushrooms 1 t onion powder 1 T fresh rosemary 1 t pink salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grind mushrooms and seasoning in food processor to a fine consistency. Add bison and process until incorporated evenly. Roll in to balls. Bake for 25 minutes. (Can pop under broiler if you like them browned)
