Ingredients:  
1 cup of wild rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped mushrooms
4 tbsp butter

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. in cold water rinse off the wild rice to remove any dust
2. put in a large sauce pan along with all the other ingredients
3. add enough water to cover and bring to boil
4. Let boil uncovered for 5 minutes, reduce the heat cover and let cook for another 40 minutes.
Add butter and water as needed.
