2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda (sifted together with the flour)
1 1/2 cups water

6 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups water
1 large onion sliced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. put the flour baking soda mixture in a bowl and add the 1 1/2 cups of water
2. Start working together the mixture using a spoon, adding more flour if needed until the dough does not stick to your hands
3. with your hands grab a piece of dough and start making small noodles, putting the noodles on a floured service.
4. Let the noodles rise
5 In a pan that had a tight lid add the butter and margarine along with the 1 1/2 cups of water
6. add salt, pepper and bring to boil.
7. add the noodles to the pan, bring back to a full boil and cover.
8. keep on medium high heat for 5 minutes then turn the heat down to medium and cook for 30 minutes
9. DO NOT OPEN LID.
After 30 minutes listen to hear frying. If you do not they may need longer.
