1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14.5oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (15oz.) Ranch style beans
c. Minute Rice, uncooked
c. water
1 t. chili powder
t. salt
t. garlic salt
1 c.+ cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain well. Stir in the rest of ingredients except the cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally. Top with cheese, stir until blended and serve.
