1/2 lb butter
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 Tbps baking soda
1 box graham crackers
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Crush graham crackers into fine pieces then add to butter and sugar mixture. Add can of milk and let soak until wet throughout. Add eggs one at a time and blend well. Add soda, nuts, coconut, and vanilla. Pour in greased 8 or 9 in pans. Cook at 300º for 30-40 mins. Let cool completely then cut the cake in half to make two layers.

1 stick butter

1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to pineapple and sifted sugar. Spread between layers of cake.
