1 14 oz can of coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 lb boneless chicken breast ore thighs
5-8 kaffir lime leaves
1/4 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine half of the coconut milk and all the curry paste is a sauce pan, heat up and stir until mixed
2. add the chicken, sugar, fish sauce, bring to a slow boil and cook until the chicken is done
3. add the remaining coconut milk, lime leaves and make sure the mixture is heated.
4. serve over jasmine rice use the fresh Thai Basil to garnish
