1 lb margarine softened
1 lb brown sugar
3 eggs
7 cups self-rising flour
3 tsp baking soda
12 slices candied pineapple
1lb candied cherries
2 lb dates
1 jar pineapple preserves
3 qt chopped pecans
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 10-15 mins.
