1 box wild rice mix
4 bnls, skls chicken breast halves
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tomato chopped
1 red onion, diced
1 c light mayo
⅓ c chopped pecans
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
8 oz shredded MontereyJack
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare rice.
Place chicken into prepared casserole.
Combine rice, other ingredients.
Spoon mixture around chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs.
Cover, bake 30 min.
Remove cover, bake 15 min.

Serves 4-6.
