Ingredients:  
1 c sifted cake flour
1 c sugar
2 T sugar
12 egg whites
1 t cream of tartar
t salt
1 vanilla extract
almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour and 1 c sugar. In another bowl combine egg whites, cream of tartar and salt. Beat until foamy. Slowly add remaining sugar. Beat until stiff. Blend in vanilla and almond. Slowly blend flour mixture into egg white mixture. Place batter in an uncreased 10" tube pan. Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes. Invert on a wire rack to cool.
