Directions:Make slits in pork chops to form a pocket in the fat end. Combine bread crumbs, sugar, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, 3 tablespoons of the melted butter, onions, and parsley; mix well. Stuff chops generously and skewer shut with toothpicks. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a skillet. Brown chops slowly over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add beef broth and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until tender, turning chops at least once. Remove toothpicks and pour pan juices over pork chops place in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 15 minutes to give crisp coating on top before serving. Notes: To my surprise, the disappointment had taken a while to set in. This was not my kid's dream, it was mine. They never wanted it; but Why? I never asked them any questions? I never even asked if they were interested in having a family business. I thought this would be our family's legacy building opportunity and they wanted no parts of it; but WHY?
