1 Pound ground beef (lean)
½ Package of cheddar cheese cubes
1 Package of herb & garlic Lipton onion soup mix
½ Teaspoon garlic powder
½ Teaspoon black pepper
½ Teaspoon onion powder
¾ Cup Finely Chopped onions
¾ Cup Green bell peppers chopped
½ Cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon of A-1 sauce
2 Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, add your ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, 1 Package of herb & garlic Lipton onion soup mix ½ Teaspoon garlic powder,½ Teaspoon black pepper, ½ Teaspoon onion powder, ¾ Cup Finely Chopped onions ¾ Cup Green bell peppers chopped, ½ Cup bread crumbs,1 Tablespoon of A-1 sauce and 2 eggs. Mix all ingredients together, refrigerator for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator on wax paper start to form your patties adding a cube or two of your cheddar cheese in the middle, form into medium size patties. Heat a large saucepan over medium to high heat. Add your patties. Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes until browned on both sides, and cheese inside is completely melted. Serve on Onion Roll, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions topped with mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. ENJOY!!!

I will never forget that day I got the call, "meet me," he said! I knew something was strange, and I'll never forget sitting across the table from him. I could tell this was one of the hardest things he had to do. He laid me off!! What was I to do? That familiar feeling of loss that was creeping up in my heart was unexplainable. This couldn't be right. After all the work I'd done for them, and they gave me no heads up. I had no clue this was even possible; but WHY?
