Crust:
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar

Lemon Custard:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
rind of lemon. finely grated
juice of lemon, 3 tbsps.
2 eggs, beaten
sprinkling of icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cut butter into dry ingredients and press into ungreased 9" square pan. Bake 350ºF for 10 minutes.
Custard:, beat all ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake 350ºF for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
