1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the all the ingredients (you can even do this in a spice grinder) except fresh garlic & olive oil. Place them in a shallow plate or bowl. Pour the olive oil over the spices, adding more as needed.

Use the herb oil for dipping chunks of bread or bread sticks.
