1 c butter
1 c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 c confectioners sugar

7 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
For peanut butter layer - Combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla in glass bowl and melt in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine. It should come together very quickly and be smooth and creamy. Slowly add the confectioners sugar a cup or so at a time. Stir to combine thoroughly. Grease a 9" pan or line with parchment. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to the pan and press into pan.

For chocolate layer - Combine the milk, chocolate and butter in a medium size glass bowl and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine and microwave for another 15 seconds if needed. Stir until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter fudge. Let cool on counter for at least 4 hours before cutting. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
