Egg Roll Casserole Recipe

1/2 lb ground pork
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp pepper
6 cups shredded cabbage
2 large carrots, shredded
4 ounces of rice noodles
2 green onions, chopped
* additional soy sauce as desired

Precook rice noodles, drain and set aside.

Fry the ground pork in a large skillet with the sesame oil until no longer pink.

Add in the garlic, soy sauce and spices. Continue to stir fry everything for a couple of more minutes.

Add in shredded cabbage and carrots. Place lid on the skillet and cook until the cabbage is wilted.

Add in the rice noodles. Cook until everything is heated through.

Serve hot with chopped green onions as a garnish.
