1 C. Flour
3/4 C. Sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 C. Milk
2 T. salad oil
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 C. chopped walnuts (optional)
3/4 C. Brown sugar
1 C. cocoa
1 3/4 C. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first 5 ingredients.

Add milk, oil and vanilla.

Mix until smooth.

Add in nuts. (optional)

Pour into greased 8x8x2 pan.

Combine remaining ingredients.

Pour over batter.

Bake @ 350º for 40 minutes.
