Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
5 eggs
1 package of cream cheese

¾ cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Add sugar to a non-stick pan and place over medium-low heat to melt the sugar until completely liquified and caramel coloured. Stir continually to prevent it from burning. Pour into a greased or sprayed "flan" pan or 9 to 10 inch round baking pan, covering the whole bottom and let cool. Work quickly as liquid sugar will harden.

Place all of the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour into the pan over the hardened sugar. Cover the pan with the lid or tin foil. Place into a larger pan with enough hot water in the second pan to come a little more than half way to the top of the flan pan.

Place in the oven and bake for one hour or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
