1 large onion finely chopped
1 bottle (1 1/2 C.) catsup
1/2 C. water (rinse out catsup bottle)
1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. salt
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 T. liquid smoke
1/4 C. vinegar
2 T. chili powder
2 T. dry mustard

Mix and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Add sliced beef, shredded beef or chicken.
