1 Can of (6 1/2 oz) tuna drained
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg.(3 oz) cream cheese cut up
1/4 C. sliced green onions
1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimento, drained
2 C. milk
1 C. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pie plate 10 by 1 1.2 in.
Mix tuna, cheeses, onion and pimento in pan.
Beat remaining ingredients for 15 secs in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pan.

Bake @ 400º for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve with sliced tomatoes..


* Can be subsitute with crabmeat or shrimp.
