1 t vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups sugar

2 cups flour
1 t soda
1 t cinnamon
3 cups apples
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together oil, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Sift together and add: salt, flour, soda and cinnamon. Dice and fold in the applies. Bake 1 hour at 325º. Recommended apples include McIntosh, Cortland, Turley Winesap, Rome Beauty, Golden Delicious.
