1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
c. evaporated milk or half and half
c. milk
2 c. rhubarb
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat together all ingredients except fruit. Add fruit and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for about 50 minutes.
