1 (3lb.) turkey breast
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. parsley flakes
1 t. sweet paprika
t. dried mustard
t. garlic powder
t. onion powder
t. salt
t. cinnamon
t. pepper
t. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Pat the turkey with paper towels to dry. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pat this mixture evenly over the turkey. Place the turkey in a baking dish and put in a 350 oven. Bake until a meat thermometer registers 170. Let rest before slicing.
