¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbsps honey
2 tbsps vinegar
1 ½ tsps ground ginger
Garlic (to taste)
3/4 cup salad oil
1 chopped green onion

Directions:

Mix* all of the ingredients and marinade meat for at least several hours.

*I mix the ingredients in the blender for better flavor.

I've used this recipe on beef, pork, and poultry. The flavor is always spot on.
