1 package Lemon Jello
2 T sugar
c boiling water
1 t salt
c pecans
1 c cream, whipped
1 c crushed pineapple, including juice
8 oz cream cheese
2 T mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello, sugar, salt in c boiling water, stirring until clear. Let cool and add the cream cheese. Using a hand held immersion blender, mix. Add the nuts, pineapple and juice. Refrigerate. After this has nearly jelled, fold in the whipped cream and mayonnaise. Turn into a mold and chill for at least four hours or overnight.

This recipe was given to me by Judy Perrella when we first moved to Novato. It's more a dessert salad than a dinner salad. I serve it for every major holiday.
