½ c. butter
10½ oz. can beef consommé
10½ oz. can onion soup
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
8 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and drained
6 oz. box long grain and wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place butter, beef consommé and onion soup in a 2-quart casserole dish. Place in 350º oven until butter melts. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and rice with seasonings. Mix well.

Bake for one hour uncovered.
