Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (save 1 cup dry mix for topping)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
Mix above together and put in greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch cake pan

Filling:
1 lg. 14 oz can of pumpkin pie mix
2 3ggs slightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
Mix together and pour on top of cake mixture

Topping:
1 cup dry cake mix
1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix topping until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º
Serve with whipped cream

Cheryl Lamp was a member of our quilting group and served this dessert at one of our meetings. It was in November, just before Thanksgiving, and we all loved it. She was very creative and had a kind heart. She died after many chemotherapy treatments.
