Mix together butter, mustard, poppy seeds & Worcestershire. Slice dinner rolls cross ways to make two halves. Spread mixture on both halves of dinner rolls. Pile ham on bottom half of rolls. Layer Swiss cheese on top of ham. Place remaining half of rolls on top. Wrap in foil. Bake at 325º for 25-30 minutes. Remove from foil and cut rolls through to make finger sandwiches.
