Rainbow trout
Olive oil
1 garlic cube
Corn flakes crumbs
Black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Spray fish with Pam
Mix together olive oil and 1 garlic cube
Smear mixture onto fish
Sprinkle black pepper onto fish
Put on broil until sides are brown/crunchy
Take out of over, turn over and put mixture and black pepper on other side
Sprinkle thin layer of cornflake crumbs on top
Broil until crispy
