Mayonnaise
Garlic powder
A little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mayonnaise, garlic powder, and a little salt on top of fish
Spray boiler pan across the ridges of the pan

If broiling:
Put fish on lower shelf so it wont get too dark too fast (broiler is coming from on top)
Broil for 10 minutes, then add corn flakes crumbs
Use spatula to see if fish is ready, it should be very soft, white, and flaky

If baking:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Bake for 15 minutes with corn flakes crumbs
After 15 minutes, check fish, it should be white and flaky if ready

Another idea...
Bake for 10 minutes, and then put on broil for 5 minutes so fish will get crunchy.
