1 large onion chopped
6 slices of whole wheat bread, cubed
1 (12.5 oz.) FriChik, grated (sometimes two cans with less cheese).
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sage
1 Tbs. McKay’s Chicken Seasoning
1 stick Land of Lakes Salted Butter
1 sleeve of Club Crackers, Multi Grain, smashed in Ziploc bag.

SWEET & SOUR GLAZE
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
In large skillet melt butter; sauté onion and bread cubes. In large bowl, combine sautéed mixture with FriChik, cheese, eggs, crackers and spices. Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour sweet and sour glaze over the top and bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. 1 hour makes a little more crust around edge.
