2½ lb Pork Tenderloin
4 Garlic Cloves
¼ c Soy Sauce
2 T Dijon Mustard
4 T Honey
2 T Orange Juice
1 T Chopped Rosemary
3 T Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Rinse tenderloin and pat dry.
Spray 9x13 baking dish non-stick spray.
Place tenderloin inside baking dish and poke hole in topside of tenderloin about 1 inch deep.
Place garlic in each hole.
Make marinade by combining all other ingredients except for the olive oil in a measuring cup and whisk together.
Then slowly add olive oil while whisking.
pour marinade over tenderloin.
Roast tenderloin in over for 50 minutes
Allow roast to rest 10 minutes before slicing into 2 inch serving pieces.
