Ingredients:  
1 Cup Cooked Lentils - cooked thick in salt water
1/2 Cup Chopped English Walnuts
1 Egg - beaten
1 Large Can Evaporated Milk
1 Medium Onion - chopped
1/2 tsp. Sage
1/2 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup Corn Flakes - rolled fine
Salt to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients; mix well. Bake in oiled casserole or loaf pan.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees, depending on how deep the roast is.

This looks nice turned out of the loaf pan with gravy or sauce poured over it.
