3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
2 scant tsp. Baking Power
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Stick Oleo
3 Cups Sweetened Peaches

Directions:
Directions:
In the baking dish you'll use to bake cobbler in, put the oleo and let melt in warm oven. Make a batter of the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk. Pour into the center of the melted oleo. Do not stir. Then pour the peaches into the center of the batter. Again, do not stir.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes. Depends on baking dish; if you use a deep bowl, it could taken a hour.

Any kind of sweetened fruit can be used.
