1 Pkg Dry Yeast
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Cup Cottage Cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 T Onion Seasoning
2 T Sugar
1 T Margarine or Oil
4 tsp. Dill Seed
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Soda
1 Unbeaten Egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 Cups White Flour


Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine together with cheese, salt, seasoning, sugar, oil, dill seed, soda and egg. Add flour gradually to form stiff dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until double. Punch down and turn into well greased pan or pans. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
