1 cup flour
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla


3 eggs - beaten well
pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup flour
4 - 5 cups chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and pat down in a 9 x 12 pan - bake at 350º for 12 minutes - or until golden brown. Cool on rack.

In the meantime beat eggs well, ad the sugar, salt, baking powder and flour. Add the chopped rhubarb and mix well to coat.

Pour over the baked crust and put into a 325º oven for 3/4 hour.
