Ingredients:  
3 - 5 lbs. Potatoes peeled and cut into round slices
1 stick butter
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish sprayed with spam put a thin layer of sliced potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter thinly sliced. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Layer and season as above until all the potatoes are used up. Cover and bake in 350 oven for about and hour.
