3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
Tbs. Baking Soda
ts. Salt
6 oz. Unsweet Chocolate, chopped
7 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
1 stick Unsalted Butter
6 Eggs
2 3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 ts. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Sift Flour, Baking Soda and Salt, set aside
Melt Unsweetened Chocolate, Bitter Chocolate and Butter over double boiler- stir constantly.
In another bowl, beat Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla till light and thick.
Add Chocolate mix and blend thoroughly.
Mix in Flour till just combined
Mix in Pecans and Chocolate Chips.
roll into balls
Bake about 14 minutes till cracked on top
