Butter, 1 stick room temp and 4 T cold
Flour, 1 C and 1/4 C
Baking powder
Sugar, 1 T and 3/4 C
Heavy Cream, 1 T
Cinnamon, 1/2 t
Plums, Italian 20-24, pitted and quartered

Preheat oven to 350F
Beat 1 stick Butter into1 C Flour, pinch of Baking Powder, 1 T Sugar and Cream
Mix well, Press dough into 9” Tart pan
Overlap fruit onto dough in concentric circles
Mix 3/4 C Sugar, 1/4 C Flour, 4 T Butter and Cinnamon
Mix to form small peas
Sprinkle on top of fruit

Bake 1 hour, 20 min
