Olive oil
2 cloves of fresh garlic
Fresh Italian parsley or dried
(2) 28 ounce cans tuttoroso tomatoes purée
6 ounce tomatoe paste
Salt and pepper

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup 1/2&1/2
Bread crumbs
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 cloves of garlic in about a tbsp of olive oil, when browned add tomatoe purée, salt and pepper and fresh parsley about 2 tbsp. Cook on medium heat . To make the meatballs mix the ground beef with nutmeg, salt and pepper, add 1/2&1/2 ,parsley, and bread crumbs. Make golf ball sized meatballs add uncooked meatballs to sauce, stir and simmer on low to medium heat for about 2 1/2 hours . Stir occasionally.


When done pour sauce over cooked spaghetti, add meatballs and some grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
