1½ sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
½ t. salt
½ c. butter flavored Crisco
½ c. butter
3 T. cream
¼ t. lemon extract
½ t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to shortening & butter. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add cream and flavorings. Stir in flour, soda, and salt. Mix well. Chill overnight. Roll out thin on lightly floured board. Using Christmas cookie cutters cut dough into shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375º for 6-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Frost using store bought frosting and sprinkles. You can also as a variation coat lightly with frosting and sprinkle with dry Jello mix.
