1/2 cup butter, divided
4 oz. Southern Comfort, divided
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. sea scallops
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup butter, 2 oz. Southern Comfort and olive oil together in skillet over medium high heat. Cook scallops in hot butter-S.C. mixture til browned and just about cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer scallops to plate and drain skillet.

Whisk remaining butter, remaining Southern Comfort and brown sugar together in same skillet over medium high heat until sauce reduces and alcohol evaporates, 1-3 minutes
