½ cup butter [or margarine]
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup cocoa
1¼ cups all-purpose flour

FILLING:
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 ounces Cool Whip (plus more for topping below]
½ cup peanut butter

TOPPING:
Additional Cool Whip
6 Reese's candy cups, crushed or chopped [Freeze candy for easier chopping]

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until mixture is light and fluffy. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and stir. Pat mixture evenly into bottom of greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes [crust is almost like a brownie]. Make filling below.

FILLING:
In a separate bowl and using electric beaters whip cream cheese until it's light and fluffy. Beat in sugar, add peanut butter and beat again. Fold 9-oz Cool Whip into mixture. Spread filling on cooled crust and refrigerate.

TOPPING
Spread additional Cool Whip on top after filling sets and is chilled. Put chopped Reese's cups over top. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve dessert very cold.
