3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ c. pepperoni (finely chopped)
1¼ c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1½ cup of flour, yeast, oregano, garlic powder In mixer bowl. In a saucepan, heat water, butter, sugar and salt until just warm. Add to dry mixture. Beat at low speed ½ minute and then high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in pepperoni by hand and remaining flour to make soft dough. Cover; and let rise till double (45-60 minutes). Stir dough down and spread evenly in greased 9x5x3 pan. Rise till double (30 minutes). Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan, cook on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
